It's your choice how you want to celebrate life. In my opinion life is always better with more confetti and the minions have never let us down either. So throw some on your cake for  #theminioneffect.

This Orange-Juice-Minion-Cake is very EASY to make and the awesome thing is, it will help whoever gets to eat it, celebrate their day.

For THIS recipe USE COFFEE MUGS as "cups" and NOT Measuring Cups

               3 cups flour - 3 teaspoons baking powder - 1 cup oil - 1 cup orange juice

+ any eatable decoration you like

1f) Bake at 320° F / 160°C for 25-30min until they look like this:

2a) Let the 2 cakes cool down and cut of the top layer of the first cake. Eat the top part that you cut off. #snack time hehe.

Picture
2b) Use half of the powdered sugar and the juice of 1,5 -2 lemons to make the icing. (Careful: Don't add all the  juice at once -  it might get too liquid)
Picture
2c) When the icing is smooth and not too fluid, spread it on top of the first cake (with cut off top layer).

2d) Let some of the icing run down the sides, so it looks more fancy.

2e) Put the second cake on top. With the second half of the powdered sugar and juice of 1,5-2 lemons and yellow food color...

2f) ...make the icing for the top of the cake. Let it run down the sides again.
