My recommendation for this week is to throw everything together: cheesecake, chocolate and cherries to make the unique creation of Chocolate Crumble- Cherry -Cheesecake. Not only is it a quadruple-C cake (so proud I noticed haha) but also it's made with lowfat quark and eggs which makes it high on proteins. Recipe: Chocolate dough: 170g/2cups sugar - 150g/ 5oz butter - 1 egg - 320g/ ~3cups flour - 1 packet baking powder (15g) - 40g /3tbsp cocoa powder Cheesecake filling: 350g / 1 1/2 cups lowfat quark - 100g / 1/2cup cream cheese - 1 packet vanilla sugar (15g) - 140g / 1 1/2cups sugar - 3 eggs - 1glass cherries (drained: 175g) - 40g /3tbsp chocolate sprinkles - 1 packet custard powder - 30ml / 2tbsp whipping cream Instructions: _______________________________________________________________________________________
