Keep calm and mix it up! Today I was craving chocolate but also felt the need for something less sweet, so I decided on this cake combination: Brownies - Cheesecake- Cookie dough! Sounds like heaven and also tastes like it! This is your go-to recipe if you can't decide on one cake to make or when you're feeling like mixing it up a little. The awesome thing about this recipe is, that you get to snack tons of cookie dough guilt-free because there won't be any raw eggs in it! So let's get started! Recipe: Ingredients: Brownie-bottom: 150g dark chocolate - 125g butter - 60ml oil - 200g sugar - 1 tsp vanilla sugar - 2 eggs - 220g flour - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 60ml milk Cheesecake-layer: 250g lowfat quark(/lowfat curd-cheese) - 60ml whipping cream - 100g cream cheese - 3 eggs - 60ml sunflower oil -130g sugar - 30ml milk - 1 packet vanilla pudding powder (/30g cornstarch+1tbsp vanilla) Cookie-dough: 100g sugar - 100g brown sugar -125g butter - 1 tsp vanilla sugar - 120ml condensed milk - 220g flour - 1 cup dark chocolate chips - 70g dark chocolate (decoration) Instructions: _______________________________________________________________________________________
