Keep calm and mix it up! Today I was craving chocolate but also felt the need for something less sweet, so I decided on this cake combination: Brownies - Cheesecake- Cookie dough! Sounds like heaven and also tastes like it! This is your go-to recipe if you can't decide on one cake to make or when you're feeling like mixing it up a little.

The awesome thing about this recipe is, that you get to snack tons of cookie dough guilt-free because there won't be any raw eggs in it! So let's get started!


Recipe:
Ingredients:
Brownie-bottom: 150g dark chocolate - 125g butter - 60ml oil - 200g sugar - 1 tsp vanilla   
                               sugar - 2 eggs - 220g flour - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 60ml milk
Cheesecake-layer: 250g lowfat quark(/lowfat curd-cheese) - 60ml whipping cream -
                               100g cream cheese - 3 eggs - 60ml sunflower oil  -130g sugar -
                               30ml milk - 1 packet vanilla pudding powder (/30g cornstarch+1tbsp vanilla)
Cookie-dough:  100g sugar - 100g brown sugar -125g butter - 1 tsp vanilla sugar -
                            120ml condensed milk - 220g flour - 1 cup dark chocolate chips -
                            70g dark chocolate (decoration)

Instructions:

1a) Start by making a waterbath and melt the chocolate in it. Then add the butter and wait till it's melted as well.

1b) In a bigger bowl mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, milk and oil with the chocolate-butter mixture.

1c) Add baking powder to the flour and then add the mixture to the dough:

1d) Pull the plug of the mixer and wash the blender now, you'll thank me later:P
Then prepare the baking pan with baking paper:

1e )Fill the brownie dough in the baking pan and bake it at 160°C / 320°F for 20-25min.

2a ) In the meantime you can prepare the next layer. Take the cleaned (:P) blender and just mix together all cheesecake ingredients listed above:

2b) When the brownie bottom is ready, put the cheesecake dough on top and bake again...

...at 160° /320°F for 40 min. until it looks like this. Then let it cool down (in the fridge) for at least 3 hours.

3a) The third layer will be the cookie dough. Start mixing together the butter and the sugars.

3b) Now add the vanilla sugar, the condensed milk and flour, then mix. Finally incorporate the  chocolate chips.

3c) Using a spoon spread the yummy cookie dough in the baking pan over the cheesecake and put it in the fridge for 10min.

3d) Licking the bowl was never safer than this time as there are no raw eggs in the dough.
So go for it!!! *-*

Almost done! Melt some more chocolate and make a unique chocolatey pattern on top of the cake.
