I promise these are the best cinnamon rolls you have eaten in a while if not ever! They are very easily made and it's a happy day for all our vegan friends because these Cinnamon Rolls are vegan YIPPIIE! Don't worry..if you're not vegan you can still eat them :P Since it is a yeast dough we don't need any eggs and instead of butter we will use sunflower oil. Now you just have to invite your friends to help you wait, while the yeast is working its magic!! Recipe: Ingredients: Dough: 1 packet dry yeast - 2 1/2 cups / 300g flour - 1/2 cup/ 125ml warm water - 1/3 cup / 80ml sunflower oil - 1/2 cup / 60g powdered sugar - 1 tsp vanilla (sugar) Filling: 1/2 cup /80g brown sugar - 4Tbsp cinnamon - 4 Tbsp sunflower oil - 1 tbsp vanilla (sugar) Frosting: 1 cup /130g powdered sugar - juice of 1 fresh lemon Directions: _______________________________________________________________________________________
