Now that spring has begun it's time for some fresh spring recipes! Be inspired by the happy nature outside and take this mood to wherever you are baking cakes. Make sure to spread the in-sp(i)ring atmosphere among your friends! To start spring I chose this Rhubarb- Vanilla Pudding-Cake recipe. Personally I don't fancy rhubarb outside a cake, but inside it's actually really yummy! So my advice to you rhubarb sceptics is to give it a try; alternatively replacing it with cherries or apricots works very well too.

Keep calm and mix it up! Today I was craving chocolate but also felt the need for something less sweet, so I decided on this cake combination: Brownies - Cheesecake- Cookie dough! Sounds like heaven and also tastes like it! This is your go-to recipe if you can't decide on one cake to make or when you're feeling like mixing it up a little. The awesome thing about this recipe is, that you get to snack tons of cookie dough guilt-free because there won't be any raw eggs in it! So let's get started!
Baking is love made visible. So why not show your friends and family some love and bake them some fancy cupcakes today! You can really make someone's day, when you surprise them with some freshly baked cupcakes :). It can be for their birthday but they will be even more surprised and happy when you just show up at work, in class or at their place on a *normal* day. The cupcakes we are baking today will be Kinderchocolate-Cupcakes. Yes, snacking some Kinderchocolate here and there will be allowed! :P The process of making them consists of 3 parts: Baking the Kinderchocolate-Cupcake bottom, making the frosting and decorating the Cupcake with some extra Kinderchocolate-love.
Happiness is knowing there is cake in the oven because very soon after there will be some yummy cake to eat :-) And since we all deserve more portions of happiness in our lives I want to encourage you to bake you happy more often! I promise it really works and it's not so difficult as you might think!
