You wanna bake something fancy and can't decide on a recipe? Then you've come to the right place. These Red Velvet Cupcakes do not only look spectacular with the strong red color, they are also the fluffiest Cupcakes you can find!  The reaction of baking soda and vinegar creates the extra special fluffiness and makes the dough rise high. So my advice: Don't fill the paper cupcake tins up all the way, unless you want very tall and weirdly shaped cupcakes (check out photo 1g :D ).
