Eat Spaghetti to forgetti your regretti

And sometimes when regular spaghetti are not enough you have to come up with special types of spaghetti. How about these ones? :P

Recipe:
Ingredients:
Dough: 250g butter - 200g dark chocolate - 4 eggs - 1 cup / 215g sugar -
              2 tsp vanilla (-sugar) - 1/4 tsp cinnamon -   1 cup / 125g flour -
              1/2 tsp baking powder -  20 Ferrero Rocher - paper cupcakes tins

Frosting: 7oz / 200ml cream cheese - 1/2 cup / 125g butter - 1 1/3cups/ 160g powdered sugar
                 -
3 tsp vanilla (sugar) - 1tsp custard powder /vanilla pudding powder

Decorations: 1 1/2 cup strawberries (~150g) - 50g white chocolate -
                       Optional: another 20 Ferrero Rocher as "meatball" decoration

Instructions:
1a) Separate the egg whites from the egg yolk & using the mixer, mix the egg whites until they look like a firm foam.

1b) Make a waterbath and melt the chocolate in it. Then add the butter and wait till it is melted as well.

1c) Add sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon to the egg yolks and mix for 1 minute until everything is blended:

1d) Add the chocolate-butter mixture and mix again.

1e) Mix flour and baking powder together and then add it to the dough and blend:

1f) Using a whisk, fold in the beaten egg whites into the dough.

2a) Fill some dough into the paper cupcake tins. Then add the Ferrero Rocher ...

2b) ...and cover them with some more dough. If you haven't already..it's time to lick the spoon :P

2c) Bake the cupcakes at 320°F /160°C for around 20minutes.

3a) For the spaghetti frosting mix the butter (room temperature!) until it is fluffy.

3b) Add the cream cheese and mix again.

3c) Next add the sifted powdered sugar.

3d) With a frosting bag or a freezer bag with a tiny hole, spread the frosting over the cupcakes in spaghetti-style.

4a) Now it's time for yummy red sauce! With the help of a blender, make strawberry puree.

4b) Put the strawberry puree on top of the cupcakes.

4c) Grate some white chocolate (or if you prefer cheese :D )...

4d) ...and spread it over the spaghetti. If you like..

4e) ... add Ferrero Rocher-  "meatballs" on top. Then enjoy your extra special spaghetti. Buon appetito!
