Don't be eye candy - be soul food! Why not be both? This Kinderchocolate cake is definitely both! And it's surprisingly EASY to make!
The best thing: while making it, there is so much to snack hehe, so let's get started!
Dough: 2 cups sugar (430g) - 2 cups flour (250g) - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder -
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda - 3/4 cup dark cocoa powder (90g) - 2 eggs -
1/2 cup sunflower oil (120ml) - 2 teaspoons vanilla (sugar) - 3/4 cup milk (180ml) -
3/4 cup hot water (180ml)
Frosting: 2 1/2 cups (600ml) whipping cream - 1/2 cup powdered sugar (60g) -
2 2/3 cups cream cheese (600g) - 250g Kinderchocolate - 100g dark chocolate
Decorations: 50g Kinderchocolate bars - 2 Kinder surprise eggs - any other types of
Kinderchocolate you can find
