Marshmallow monday

Life is better with yummy marshmallows, and even better when mixed with chocolate and cookies. So level up your Monday with this deliciousness overload hiding the best chocolately-marshmallow surprise inside.

1a) In a bowl mix the soft butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla sugar.

1b) Add the eggs and mix again.

1c) Add baking soda and salt to the flour and incorporate everything into the mixture.

1d) Then blend in 3/4 of the chocolate chips before you snack a bit of the dough:p Don't snack the remaining chocolate chips, we need them later!:P

2a) Cut the marshmallows into smaller pieces and prepare two baking trays with baking paper.

2b) Spread the butter cookies on the baking paper.  Leave enough space between them!

2c) Put the marshmallows and then the chocolate on top of the butter cream cookies.

3a) Take one tablespoon of dough and spread it over the marshmallows and the chocolate.

3b) Bake at 360°F/ 180°C for 12-15 min.

3c) To perfect the cookies spread the chocolate chips we saved earlier on top of the warm cookies. They will melt a little bit and stay glued to the cookies.

3d) Let the cookies cool down a bit, so they don't break. They are yummiest though when they are still a little warm.
