Spice up your Quarantine breakfast - Nutella French Toast Rolls

Even if Nutella French Toast Rolls don't actually get their name from being French they will hopefully get your mind to escape to breakfast paradise anyway and make you forget you are stuck in the house.

Instructions:

1a) Start by cutting off the bread crust. Eat the crust or save it for later :P

1b) Using a rolling pin flatten the bread slices.

1c) Spread one tbsp of Nutella on each slice of bread, then lick the spoon :P

2a) Roll up the bread slices. Then: in a flat bowl mix the egg and milk.

2b) Dunk the bread in the egg-milk mixture.

2c) Pour oil in a pan and fry the rolls for some moments until they are golden brown.

3a) In the meantime mix sugar and cinnamon on a plate.

3b) Remove the rolls from the pan and cover them with cinnamon sugar right away.

3c) If you haven't eaten the crust yet, dip them in the remaining egg mixture, fry them and then dip them in the sugar cinnamon mix. Bon appétit!
